active Download issue

Hi,

I've bought LDSP. Serveral times I tried to download the product the Connection interruted. My Internet connection is ok.

Hello Frank,

it looks like the process has been cancelled several times.

Please go to your Orbx Central temporary files location and delete the whole Orbx folder.

You can see where the temporary location is on the Orbx Central Downloader page.

Then you should be able to start again and let the process complete.

I have delete the Orbx folder as described. But the issue is still there.

please try this:

 

Click on Clear for the Temporary files on the Orbx Central Downloader page.

If you made a backup, temporarily move it out of its folder.

Than run Verify Files again.
