@JM7420 Welcome to the forums.

What OS are you using?

Is your XP on C drive?

Do you have all the prerequisites for Orbx Central to work? See link below:

Have you met all the criteria regarding free disk space, location of your Temp folder etc as outlined in this link:

Hi @Jon Clarke,

What OS are you using -  Win 10

Is your XP on C drive? - I have it installed on A Drive but all other Orbx scenery is installed without issue.

Do you have all the prerequisites for Orbx Central to work? - Yes double checked these

Really starting to confuse me as all other scenery installed flawlessly. Hopefully i can get this resolved.

Please delete/remove Orbx Central.

Clear Temp folder.

Reboot PC and then reinstall Orbx Central.

Try download and install of Canaries again.

If that doesn't work then please attach your Orbx Central log file. How to Clear Temp and where to find the Orbx Central log file are in the attached pics:

You have not mentioned if you deleted and then reinstalled a fresh copy of Orbx Central as suggested in my last post.

What free space have to got on your disk drives where you download into (by default C drive) Temp folder

What free disk space is there on the drive you want to install the addon onto?
