JeffMoreland Posted March 15, 2021 Posted March 15, 2021 I have tried to install the GB South scenery on my computer directly into a library on my D: drive as my c:drive is nearly full. I got a message saying that some files hadn't converted properly, press the "verify" button. But this button generates a "FORBIDDEN" message. X-Plane will no longer run (at least not in GB). What happens next?
Jon Clarke Posted March 15, 2021 Posted March 15, 2021 Welcome. You say that your C drive is nearly full so you probably do not have the required free disk space to complete the download/extraction/conversion process which by default will all take place in your Temp folder location. By default the Temp folder is on C drive and needs moving. Please take a look at the link below describing what is required for a successful TE installation, paying particular attention to the references to free disk space and how to move your Temp folder
