(I have posted this request here as I could not find a Volanta support section anywhere) I have tried to create a login, firstly on an iPad web page but the display would not allow me to tick the two check boxes. Now I have just tried on a PC web page but it seems there is an issue when I try to use the same username I have used for years with Orbx and elsewhere, saying its already in use. When I tried the option for forgotten password, I enter my email addr but nothing is returned. Would someone please advise. Thank you Anton.
