I have a new PC build and am trying to reinstall my order of FTX Global Vector, but when attempting to validate it times out and says it cannot reach your server. Internet connection is fine. Please help.

you can open it at Settings\Help and save a copy before attaching it to your next post.

Central was NOT installed but it is ncentral.logow. The log file you requested is attached.
