active No cars in Canary Islands

I bought the Canary Islands scenery a few days ago and it is amazing but I just noticed there are no cars on any of the roads. is anyone else having this problem or know how to fix it? I am running x plane 11.50

Are your World Objects settings at maximum?

no they are at medium, my computer is mid range, I will try it anyway

just tried it and it didn't change anything and wrecked my FPS they went from 40 to 10
