I reset my password and also rebooted my PC but I still receive the same error message. Could someone at Orbx have a look at this for me please? My email address is in my username profile. I tried again by re entering my password (my email address was already in the email field). This failed unfortunately. So I cleared both fields and re entered my email address and password and everything worked ok. Not sure what was wrong and I'm almost certain that my email address was correct but you never know. Anyway, thank you for taking the time to look into my problem, it's greatly appreciated. Have a great evening. Cheers Terry
PT109 Posted February 3, 2021 Posted February 3, 2021 I also had exactly the same issue since the week end. Changed password etc. Still go the same message. Tried again this evening retyped email address and I was allowed back in.
