CTD with EGLC

Hello,

Last week I purchased EGLC for MSFS 2020 (Transaction ID 600ef54897ef9). Unfortunately I cannot use the scenery. When I approach the airport, or start a flight from it, I immediately get a CTD. This is from event log:

"Faulting application name: FlightSimulator.exe, version: 0.0.0.0, time stamp: 0x5fda32ba
Faulting module name: ucrtbase.dll, version: 10.0.19041.546, time stamp: 0x43cbc11d
Exception code: 0xc0000409
Fault offset: 0x000000000007287e
Faulting process id: 0x105c
Faulting application start time: 0x01d6f8a51ca68d62
Faulting application path: C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_1.12.13.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe\FlightSimulator.exe
Faulting module path: C:\WINDOWS\System32\ucrtbase.dll
Report Id: acdb400d-90c0-4918-ab9c-1a222cb710e6
Faulting package full name: Microsoft.FlightSimulator_1.12.13.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe
Faulting package-relative application ID: App"

I tried to delete the rolling cache and config.xml but with no luck. My system has 32 GB RAM and rolling cache size is 16 GB.

Can you please assist?

Regards,

Danny

Hello Danny,

can you try without a rolling cache altogether?

You can disable it.

I would suggest that if that makes no difference, you try loading MSFS with only EGLC

in your Community folder.

Hi Nick,

That helped. I will have to figure out what caused the conflict.

Cheers,

Danny
