I notice that you have posted into the P3D v4 support forum, but the airport is only for P3D v5. You may wish to apply for an exchange or a refund. rod55 Posted January 27, 2021 Share Posted January 27, 2021 Hi Charlyhil just in case this is helpful for this EXCELLENT PRODUCT for P3Dv4.5 (hf3) , not obtained from or via Orbx, I've posted messages: Jan2 in 'Orbx v4.x Support Forum' titled "John Lennon Airport Availability" Dec 22 in 'Orbx General Discussion' titled "EGGP for P3Dv4 please" (On the other hand, you might actually have P3Dv5 and so intended to buy the correct version (for v5) of EGGP from/via Orbx.
