active Innsbruck Download issue

I am trying to download Innsbruck lowi to my main folder for Orbx files, but I get a message The installation couldn't begin as Central could not read the data, please try again I have tried 3 times with the same result

please attach a copy of your Orbx Central log.

You can open this on the Help page and then save a copy.

Thank you I have just tried to attach the file but i got a message saying it's too large ?  I had another product do the same thing this morning.

Hello,

you can either delete the log and then replicate the error, to create a new and smaller version,

or you can zip it and attach the zip.
