active EGNM - unable to load

I use microsoft store edition, I cleared rolling cache, tried to install to main library and stuff but nope it crashes my game when I try to load the airport, help me.

Please try this simple troubleshooting step.

Rename your Community folder to CommunityX and restart MSFS.

the product is installed into the Official folder.

Is that not the case?

im not sure where to install things but I made the download destination C:\Users\Ryan-PC\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache/packages/communityX

Thanks, you have the advantage, I do not use the Marketplace and don't know how it works.

I have not seen anyone report the ability to change the installation destination before.

In any case, the aim of the test is to exclude the possibility of any other addons being the cause

by temporarily removing them.

Are you telling me that you cannot even install this, or that you have not installed it yet?

i tried to install it and I don't know if the install path is correct. either way when I load the airport in game it crashes before it loads.

if you bought this with Orbx Central, then you will need to create an Orbx Central Library.

i tried this and to install it into that library but it still crashes, I do use the W10 version of MFS
