Runway undulations & jetways.

Hi,

I recently added EGFF & EGNT to my UK airports & note the following;

EGFF jetways don't move & runway is flat & no marshallers .

EGNT jetways don't move but runway has undulations & no marshallers.

EGNM jetways move, runway has undulations & marshallers.

EGPH jetways move, runway is flat & has docking systems.

EGNX runway is flat & no marshallers.

Is this how they are meant to be or is there something I have missed?

Hi,

EGFF: Correct, the airport is 'flat' with static jetways

EGNT: Jetways should be animated and controlled using SAM. There are no marshallers.

For EGPH and EGNX, I believe your findings are correct but I've not checked specifically.

Will do, FYI I had a short flight from EGNT gate 10 to EGNM last night & at the gate the jetway was not attached but during push back lights on the jetway started to flash & moved to where the a/c was positioned. EGNM everything worked as expected.

Have tried in manual but have done some research & when I approach gate the A or M is grey which should show blue which I believe means that it's either not compatible or I'm out of range.

As I have seen the jetway move (to close up on a/c) when I was on push back I assume it has something to do with where SAM sees my aircraft in relation to the jetway.

Any ideas on how to overcome this? Would reinstalling EGNT help?

Hi,

Strange because on EGFF Cardiff Airport - X-Plane 11 - Orbx (orbxdirect.com) it states "Jetways and GSE", not?
