otyx
Hi everyone, Hopefully you can help. I have been trying to install Germany South but keep getting an error message by download or by verify. Here is some system information: Simulator: P3d v4.5 Edition Windows 10 Pro Version 20H2 Installed on 04/12/2020 OS build 19042.662 Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.551.0 What happens? Download / verification proceeds then at the end "1 file(s) failed to extract" ( see attached screenshot). It looks like ges\12cadc0e-f482-4964-af77-fcfd946a7370.c.zip can't be extracted. Well, at least the file FTX_EU_GES_06_CVX/scenery/FTX_GES_PR_M_CY.bgl fails to copy over. However the filke FTX_GES_PR_M_CY.bgl does exist in that directory with the MD5 of 8de4b2eac5dc4578c0de6dcadc92945e. Is that correct? Is there a corruption in the download? Can I ignore this error? I have downloaded a heap of other stuff with Central and haven't had this persistent problem before. Any ideas? Thanks for your help. Nick Cooper
Hello, can you try clicking on Clear for your temporary download files, if you have made a backup, moving it temporarily out of its folder and try again please?
otyx
Hi Nick, I did try that before and had even deleted the files in the P3D directory. After reading your post, I tried it again and it worked! Thanks - that fixed it Cheers, Rich
