I'm seeing certain buildings being not receiving effects? TE GB south. I've toggled practically every setting to try and resolve it. Verified my libraries etc Attached 2 grabs show same settings but EA on and EA off. (I've cranked up the weather as it shows it up more ) Can anything be done? Is it a known issue?
