Hello,

welcome to the forums.

Try running MSFS once first.

If that does not work, try uninstalling and reinstalling Orbx Central.

If that does not work, try uninstalling Orbx Central and deleting

C:\Users\your name\AppData\Local\orbx-central-updater and

C:\Users\Nick\AppData\Roaming\Orbx\Central

before reinstalling Orbx Central.

If that still does not work, is your User Account an administrator?
