TDog
I am running FSX-SE I have 5 product updates pending but when I try to install the update I get this error. Error: It appears that your scenery.cfg is corrupt or missing, You may need to launch or reinstall the simulator to regenerate it. I have run the Scenery Config Editor and have the config file all straightened out but I keep getting the same error message when I try to update. I am using SceneryConfigEditor v1.1.9 Anyone have any ideas that can help me with this?
Nick Cooper
Hello, it will most likely be that Orbx Central is looking in the wrong place. Can you say whether you have C:\programdata\Microsoft\FSX or C:\programdata\Microsoft\FSX-SE folders, or perhaps even both?
TDog
Thanks for getting back to me Nick. And you are right. Last night I discovered that I was trying to do the updates in FSX but I am using FSX-SE. Like you say it was looking in the wrong place for my config file. I got everything updated.
