welcome to the forums.

First, please run Orbx Central\Settings\Help\Sync Simulator.

I have installed EGLC and LOWI and none show up in FS even after manually doing a sync.

The installs show up correctly in Central and it says syncronized successfully.

But, no show in simulator.

Please advise with a more detailed instructions when installing in FS and outside FS.

The instructions, to me, are not clear with "Community" folders everywhere.

Thanks

Hello,

can you clarify if you have visited the airports in the simulator and you have not seen

the new airport features, or you are looking at lists in the simulator and do not see your

products in the lists?

First info on installations:

FS is installed in external drive I:\Flight Sim

EGLC is installed in I:\Orbx\msfs\EGLC London City Airport

LOWI is installed in I:\Orbx\msfs\LOWI Innsbruck Airport

I have run sync, but it does not fix the issue.

When I go to EGLC the airport is there. But, how do I know it is the Orbx and not the default airport?

The same with LOWI of course. Still not showing up in the Market Places as OWNED.

I don't understand why the installer can't do this directly.

I have airports from another company and, directly after installing, showing up as OWNED in the market place without any action from me.

Thank you.

If it helps, here is a screenshot from airport.

Hello,

please have a look at your Profile\Content Manager list and

see if they are there.

Hi again,

Sorry for my late reply.

Yes, both EGLL and LOWI shows in Content Manger from both Orbx and from ASOBO.

But still is not showing as OWNED in the Marketplace.

Regards

Hello,

that is explained in the topic linked in my first reply.

Here it is again:

Ok, that explains the differences.

Hopefully in the future it will be fixed.

Thank you for clearing this up for me.

Regards

Hello,

I don't see it as a problem to be fixed and I do see that it is unlikely that Microsoft's purchasing system will be merged with that of Orbx.

If you think of it in hardware terms, if you bought, for example, a computer mouse from Amazon, would you expect to be able to seek a refund,

a receipt or query non-delivery from E Bay, where the same mouse was available for sale?

The principle is the same.

In both cases, you might well be able to receive support from the manufacturer of the mouse, once it had been delivered, as you can here with your Orbx products.
