active Unable to download some of my products

I am trying to reinstall all my FSX add-ons after a major issue. The Orbx base products install ok  but for many of the items in my product list an attempt to install them leads to the following error message- 

Error: The installation couldn't begin as Central couldn't read product data. Please try to install this product again.

Predictably, retrying the installation repeatedly yields the same error message, 

Any suggestions for fixing  for fixing this?

Hi Tony, welcome to the forums

 

Please, in Orbx Central, go to settings\help and run the sync simulator function.

Then restart Orbx Central and try again.
