Doug Sawatzky
Hi Please go to settings\downloader and clear the temp location. Then go to the location you designated for backups and delete the products folder. Then go to settings\help and run the sync simulator function. Then try reinstalling. Yorkshire
I have had a similar issue, except I get the message, 3 files not extracted, run verify files. I run this and it resolved nothing. I uninstalled the product, re-installed and same issue. Discovered this thread and followed the advice above and ran update, same issue! Any advice please on what to do next. Yorkshire
Resolved it myself - discovered that when I uninstalled it, it only deleted the symbolic link in the community folder and not the content files in the main library I had nominated for my Orbx scenery to be located. When I physically deleted that folder in the library then re-installed, it worked. Is this generally the case that uninstallation does not delete files in main library? Anyway, all is well now.
