Mal Walker Posted August 27, 2020 Posted August 27, 2020 H guys, I opened Orbx Central and it asked to choose a simulator, I selected Flight Simulator. How do you change between Flight Simulator and FSX? All of my products at the moment are for FSX. I only chose Flight Simulator to have a look. Mal.

Peter Watson Posted August 29, 2020 Posted August 29, 2020 There's a (or at least should be a) drop down menu at the top of the Orbx Central window that allows you to change which FS it currently shows products for?

Nick Cooper Posted August 29, 2020 Posted August 29, 2020 Hello, you must have run Microsoft Flight Simulator at least once. If it still does not show, try a complete reinstallation of Orbx Central. Quote First uninstall Orbx Central, using the Windows Control panel. Then delete: C:\Users\your name\AppData\Roaming\Orbx and C:\Users\your name\AppData\Local\Orbx-central-updater Then reinstall Orbx Central, using any of the "Get Central" links on Orbx Direct.
Mal Walker Posted August 29, 2020 Author Posted August 29, 2020 Nick, I have logged out and back in , I uninstalled central and reinstalled, I still have no options to change to FSX or any other simulator. The drop down menu does not open.

The fix for me was going to my Orbx account online, going into my products and clicking on the scenery I wanted to install, then clicking the 'Download via Orbx Central' link... Seemed to run a scan and find the simulator after about 20 seconds. Hope that helps!

Orbx products are visable within FSX when it is running.
