John F Posted August 25, 2020 Share Posted August 25, 2020 Having just bought FS2020 after buying many products for XPlane11 I find that all references to my previous XPLane purchases, including my XPlane library have vanished. I cannot now claim my discount on FS purchases as Orbx Central appears to have no record? How do I get this information back so I can buy some stuff at discount?? If the product you wish to buy qualifies for a discount because of a product that you have already licenced, then the price at the checkout will reflect that. If you log into Orbx Direct and look at your account, you will see that all your X plane 11 purchases are still there.
