crunchie Posted August 23, 2020 Share Posted August 23, 2020 Last Tuesday on MSFS release day I purchased via the MS Store within the game the London Landmarks by Orbx. I have continually tried to download and install your product without any success. By varying degrees the download starts but the furthest it has managed is up to 90 mb downloaded. Can I have either help to install or a refund please? I have been a registered Orbx Customer since Jan 2019 and have Orbx Central installed but chose this time to purchase via the game. If you bought at the Microsoft Store, then in this case, you are a Microsoft customer and you should ask them for help or a refund. We cannot help you with problems with the Microsoft Store, we have no control over it. Here is a link to some advice from a Microsoft Store customer.
