Monitor ultra wide or triple

Recommended Posts

Hello to one and all, I have a new pc arriving in the next 2 weeks.

Nvida  RTX 2080 Super . Advice on monitor single wide screen or triple

My budget is £1000 looking at these monitors

Acer XR382CQKbmijqphuzx 37.5 Inch WQHD Curved

BenQ EX3501R 35 Inch Ultra WQHD 100 Hz HDR

AOC AGON AG352UCG6 35

Or triple iiyama GB2760QSU-B1 thin bezel

Or any advice will be appreciated

The PC will only be used for MSFS 2020 Xplane 11 and Car Racing sim  only

I will probably purchase from Amazon, ultra fast returns.

 I am thinking dead pixel

Thank you all

I’m using a curved ultra (21:9) and two standards with MS2020, also have G1000 popped-out on 4th screen. With high settings I am getting good performance in even dense cities like LA or London. Performance is superb with the RTX2080. Definitely recommend the curved ultra. If you are just using the 1 screen you could easily max out all the settings. But dialing down a little for 4 screens doesn’t lose much in visual brilliance. Only issue right now is the lack of MSFS2020 customization on the triple set up. But hopefully it’s in the pipeline.

Yes I’ll be using one monitor with the RTX 2080 Super . My first pc Sinclair Spectrum ZX  45 minutes to load ,who could have imagined what was to come , I am 72 yrs so what’s going to happen in the next 40 yrs . Off the subject , yesterday evening there was one guy here in the uk chasing the storm we have, he’s in a Cessna & using MSFS 2020 Live weather a safe way to do it . Thanks again
