active Black Buildings surrounding SJC

I bought San Jose about an hour ago and around the airport seem to be buildings with completely black sides. I tried to find out if this was maybe just because they were shadows of the buildings but no matter what time of day they were entirely pitch black. It isn't the case for all of the autogen and its mostly only on smaller buildings but it still looks off. There is also just generally poor framerate around the airport even though I only use OpenLC Northern California and the only other airport I have installed in the area is Flightbeam KSFO. I use P3Dv4.5

I see that there is an update available for the Orbx Libraries.

Did you install that, or install the Orbx Libraries at all?

I have installed the Orbx Libraries but there doesn't seem to be a new update, at least not that I'm aware of. Is v19.7.5 the latest version?
