Morten
Quote Your Central log file provides us important information, please attach it to your support requests. You can find it at the following locations, or by pressing Control + Shift + L. Windows: %APPDATA%/Orbx/Central/central.log macOS: ~/Library/Application Support/Orbx/Central/central.log Linux: ~/.config/Orbx/Central/central.log You can delete this box/quote once your log is attached Operating system: Win 10 Simulator: P3Dv4.5 Screenshot: N/A Issue: Messing up scenery.cfg Hi there What the F... is going on here..? For the 5'th time, Orbx Central is messing up the Scenery.cfg - making Area number out of sync with Layer numbers!!! Please let professionals go through your programming before announcing your updates, if you cannot manage yourself. It is really becoming quite pathetic and time consuming with all your basic and simple script errors! Please make an effort now to get things right here. Thank you! Ben McClintock
Hi Morten, This is the intentional behaviour, especially when using add-on.xml packages at the same time. It is not possible to layer both scenery.cfg and add-on.xml packages properly without doing this. There is nothing that states that the area numbers have to match up to the layer numbers. Why did Microsoft add layer numbers to the scenery.cfg if they were supposed to be identical to the area number? If, like you say, they are supposed to be identical all the time, they would be redundant. Before we can proceed any further: Is this causing any issues in the simulator? If so, we need screenshots before we can proceed any further As can be seen in the quote in your post, we need the Central.log file to diagnose any issues
