resolved add or updating product(s) not working

Issue:  I cannot add or update any products on any of my flight sim platforms.

it looks like it cannot find the internet.

Nick, 

thank you very much for your response. I went to the Microsoft account page and turned off my sync setting and that released the port so that now Orbx can communicate to the internet.
