trevor_farley Posted July 1, 2020 Share Posted July 1, 2020 Hi All, I am unable to update AU Australia v2 V2.1.1 to v2.1.2. I receive an error saying Error: This product cannot be installed as there are incompatible products installed. They will need to be uninstalled before the installation can proceed. I suspect the 'culprit' is AU Tasmania Demo which is 'greyed out'. I have attempted to remove this but uninstall is not available. It would be helpful if the original error indicated what the incompatible products are. I note that my Australia v2 v2.1.1 is installed into Flight Simulator X directory C:\FSX\. The only problem is that Holgermesh does not appear in My Products section of Orbx Central (see below). How do I uninstall it?
