I am assuming that you mean the FlightSim Store?

If you still have the same email address, can you not just search for the old e mail receipt?

I edited your actual e mail address out, as we can see it here in any case.

Thanks for pointing it out about FlightSim store. I accidentally deleted my account with them. Do I have to purchase the product again from you?

if you have no trace at all of your purchase, I am afraid that you will.

It might be prudent to wait for an offer or sale, if there isn't a rush.

Just to reiterate, if you were using the gmail address at the time,

you should be able to search your gmail account for "Flightsim Store" and

find your receipt.

I can do that and find e mails all the way back to 2011.

I have had a look in my gmail account but you can only search for messages upto 1 year old. I would be happy if you could do that for me.

this is not the case, you can set the search to go back as far as you wish,using the custom range.

Here is the first message I sent using my gmail address:
