medx421 Posted June 19, 2020 Share Posted June 19, 2020 There seems to be a trend in forums, that when a problem is presented and a solution is offered, there is no follow up. If someone takes the time to respond to your issue and the solution fixes your issue, say thank you. If it doesn't work, then say so. The team works hard addressing these forums to the best of their abilities daily. Other users take time out to try and help from their own experiences.
