answered Cannot open Orbx Central

I installed Orbx Central previously and deployed all of my purchases. 

However, when I tried to open Orbx Central today, it will not open. I click the shortcut, verify that it is allowed to make changes, then it disappears. If I click ALT TAB, I can see the login screen in my windows options but I cannot select it. I cannot make it the active window. 

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and I get the same result. 

Please advise.

Please first visit the system tray.

Then visit the settings\general options.
