Great shots of what I think is now the best FSX airport around. I do love the look of those wide screenies.

However, can I suggest you turn on aircraft shadows for those terminal shots. While it does hurt your fps, it will improve the realistic look of the terminal shots immensely.

I also think that particular 737 is one of the ugliest aircraft around. Aboriginal art looks great and has it's place, but I don't think that place is on the fuselage of an aircraft of any size. Not really sure what Qantas were thinking.

Thanx Graham,

I appreciate the sentiment about the aboriginal art, especially having spent the last week and a half painting that on the side of that fuselage....hahaha!

Whilst it was an arduous task, I just wanted something truly Australian to fly at YBBN and as they say in the classics, "beauty is in the eye of the beer-holder".

I'll turn on the shadows like you said, tho. I had just set it up as per the manual for the first flight, to see how it looked. I gotta say, I was blown away and the eye candy was terrific.

I don't know how many times I've rolled down the end of that runway for take-off in FTX Gold YBBN, but last night's flight was so different, it was like being at a whole new airport.

Great work Marty and Russ and the whole Orbx team (whoops, don't forget Jay for getting it to us as well!)
