Rich330
Quote Your Central log file provides us important information, please attach it to your support requests. You can find it at the following locations, or by pressing Control + Shift + L. Windows: %APPDATA%/Orbx/Central/central.log macOS: ~/Library/Application Support/Orbx/Central/central.log Linux: ~/.config/Orbx/Central/central.log You can delete this box/quote once your log is attached Operating system: Mac 10.14.6 Simulator: X Plane 11 Screenshot: Issue: I have just purchased and downloaded Dundee airport through Central. Central asked for the libraries to be updated which I did. When installing the attached error message came up, I tried verify files but it still says I have 4017 that failed to extract. Dundee does not display correctly as implied when I started X Plane from Dundee. Any thoughts? Many thanks Richard Log.txt central copy.log.zip
Nick Cooper
Hello, I have no knowledge of the Mac OS but this kind of message is persistent: Quote Unable to create directory /Volumes/G-DRIVE mobile SSD R-Series/X-Plane 11/Custom Scenery/Orbx_OrbxlibsXP/ which might indicate either a missing, inaccessible or full drive? Rich330
The issue is now resolved. There was a new update to Central which I did. I also decided to delete the Libraries through the Central app and reinstall them and this seemed to sort things out.
