When trying to solve the problem I by mistake deleted content in %AppData%/Orbx etc. Then I tried to uninstall Central but that was impossible. When trying to install Central again it freezes. P3d installed in (E:), Orbx files shall be installed in (D:). What to do? By the way I have not trasaction ID for Central but first Orbx buy was Global BASE pack with transaction ID: 5819b7456c6b5.
