Ensure it's not running in the system tray Delete the %temp%\Orbx\job-cache.json file Launch Orbx Central and update to the latest fastlane version(4.1.9). Reattempt the installation of TrueEarth Northern California. It should detect the existing downloaded files so only an extraction and conversion will be required.
