Hi @speedbird2017

 

Can you try the following:

  • Completely close Orbx Central. Ensure it's not running in the system tray
  • Delete the %temp%\Orbx\job-cache.json file
  • Launch Orbx Central and update to the latest fastlane version(4.1.9). 
  • Reattempt the installation of TrueEarth Northern California. It should detect the existing downloaded files so only an extraction and conversion will be required.
