Installing Orbx products

I need help. After installing the necessary files to run Orbx Central, I get error messages such as: an error occurred while trying to synchronize your simulator or a communication error occurred when trying to perform this action. I totally uninstalled anything to do with Orbx files and even uninstalled my simulators that use Orbx products that I own. When reinstalling only FSX Steam and then reinstalling Orbx Central I still get these errors. I would greatly appreciate any help in resolving my problem. Thanks
