active Connection Interrupted

I keep getting connection interrupted when trying to download any of my products on Orbx central. The downloads will just not start at all all it says is connection interrupted.

Hello,

welcome to the forums.

Please check your firewall and anti virus software.

As soon as Orbx Central connects to the internet, it is disconnected.

Hi @Skyhaxx,

 

In a future update we're going to add additional logging around the connection interrupted process to aid in diagnosing these kind of issues.

 

In the mean time, can you check the location set as the 'Temporary Location' in the Orbx Central settings has enough free disk space?
