Error Installing Product. terrain.cfg corrupt or missing fix?

Whenever I try to install a product via Orbx Central such as Global Base I get an error message that says "ERROR:It appears that your terrain.cfg is corrupt or missing. You may need to launch or reinstall the simulator to re-generate it." I have both re installed and launched FSX SE but still it come up with this message. Any ideas on a fix or solution?

Apologies for long response time Nick, I tried that but still didn't work, however had a random thought to check the update section of windows and turned out I needed to update windows and the NVIDIA drivers, which worked! Not sire why it said the problem  was the cfg file. None the less all is good now.
