Unable to Synchronise my simulator !

Hello ,

 I tried to Synchronise my simulator , Prepar3DV4.5 and I keep on getting the following message :

 An error occurred while trying to synchronise your simulator !

 I tried to Uninstall and Reinstall Orbx Central , with no success up to now .

 Any idea what is going on ?

Hi Mike,

 

Here is the relevant error from your log:

Access to the path 'C:\Program Files\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4\Ecosystem\MKSTUDIOS\PalmaDeMallorca4\add-on.xml' is denied.

 

Restarting your PC may fix this issue. Or, right click on that add-on.xml then go properties. Go to the Security tab. Ensure that "users" are allowed "full control" over that file.

I have followed your advice and everything is back to Normal now !
