active Orbx Central user guide will not open

for once the User Guide is not opening in my Orbx Centeral. All i need is to have Orbx scenery used in second Xplane installation with Vulcan API. Do i need to uninstall it first? or i can have second version on the same computer. Frustrating when something is not where it is suppose to be; like the User Guide

you must have a default program set to open .pdf files.
