I turned off the antivirus. Doug Sawatzky Posted April 4, 2020 Posted April 4, 2020 Hi, welcome to the forums Please go to where your Orbx backups are kept and delete the "global-trees" folder. Also, in Orbx settings go to settings\downloader and clear the temp folder. Then try again.
