Upgrade issues

Hello.
I can not update the Trees HD product.
The process reaches 70% and that's it.
All other products are updated normally.
I turned off the antivirus.

Please help solve the problem.

Hi, welcome to the forums

 

Please go to where your Orbx backups are kept and delete the "global-trees" folder.

Also, in Orbx settings go to settings\downloader and clear the temp folder. 

Then try again.

  Hi, Doug. 

I did it. It didn’t help. I cleaned the Temp folder. But I did not find the Global-Trees folder in the Backup folder.

Ok, then please attach a copy of the central.log as per the below topic.

Please note: Do not open the file and copy and paste the contents, just attach the file.
