active ORBX Central does not recognize my account

When I opened Orbx Central for the second time, I downloaded without any problems an update for PNW and a few airports that I had bought a couple of years ago.  The third time, when I wanted to download more airports, a price was indicated below the install button. Yet, these airports were already paid for.

This problem is probably related to the fact that I had initially installed the PNW region from a CD before using Orbx Central. How do I get Orbx Central to recognize the other regions and airports that are in my account and have been payed?
