error message trying to start central 3

can't find central log file any where unfortunately (win10 x 64 pro) but my problem is central 4 won't even open at all, can't do any thing but double click the icon on the desktop. Have uninstalled the program & downloaded from Orbx twice & re-installed. Have two different error messages show (attached)

Any idea as to what has happened ?




Operating system:  win10 x 64 pro version 1903

Hi again Nick

Your reply gave me a clue, turned off my Kaspersky anti-virus & it opened ok, so added it as a trusted application & once again is all good.

Don't know why this happened, maybe was a kaspersky update, any way all good now, thanks.
