bcarter
Hi guys, I am having problems with the scenery tiles, especially over ORBX England and other ORBX areas. I have a lot of ORBX products. I have read through this Forum for a fix and applied all the items that seemed appropriate. Unfortunately the problem persists. Here is a screen shot of departure from runway 27R EGLL with the current season being winter. You can see that the tiles are day/night with land/water and even seasons mixed up. They are constantly changing as I progress over the scenery. I have unchecked frozen rivers. I have not long upgraded to Windows 10 (pro 64) from Windows 7 professional 64bit so I suspect it could be part of the problem. In this example I had disable the ENVTEX shaders etc. I have attached the Scenery cfg file as well. This is most frustrating so any help would be greatly appreciated. Regards, Brian Carter scenery.cfg
Nick Cooper
Hello, welcome to the forums. please start by Verifying files for your Orbx Libraries and for the product(s) that are giving you trouble. You might also refresh your terrain.cfg to rule that out.
bcarter
Hello Nick, Thank you for your response. I didn't mention above but I had already verified the files as requested as it had been mentioned in the Forums earlier as a possible solution. I hadn't refreshed the terrain.cfg though so I did that. Unfortunately the result is the same as shown in the original image - no change. Any other ideas? Nick Cooper
Hello, here is another thing to try: Please go to Scenery\BASE\Scenery and delete or rename lclookup.bgl. Run Verify files for the Orbx Libraries and try P3D again.
bcarter
Hello Nick, Thank you for your idea. I have tried it and it seems to have resolved the issue on a test run. I'll do a proper flight later to make sure. Thank you again. Kind regards Brian Carter
