Issue:  Downloading and installing frozen

Hi Guys,

Looking for a little advice,i started to verify my files for ORBX Base this morning and after nearly 5 hours it has not moved off Extracted 8876/13690,

i have tried everything even cancelling it but it will not cancel,ive even deleted central and downloaded it again but no help.

Issue:  Control centre frozen

Hi Guys,

With reference to my previous post,Control centre is completely frozen,i cant do anything with it,cant cancel the update.

It will just not do anything i try.

Hi Doug,

Thanks for the welcome and the reply,i already have all those requirements installed on my PC.

When i purchased Base,Vector,Europe LC,trees and buildings they all installed no problem at all,

when i tried to verify Base files it download about 2.3 gb then froze on extracting the files,i couldnt

even cancel it.
