XP11 Global TerraFlora no install option

Pressing Control + Shift + L does nothing and I cannot find the windows location for the central.log

I purchased XP11 Global TerraFlora today but when I load FTX Central it shows my purchased as says not installed.  When I click on it I get no install options and it says there are no download available for this product.

Windows 10 version 1809

XP11.41r1

FTX Central v3.3.9.2
