Yes, of course, antivir and firewall are ruled out … but, I can see a mess now: the path is ok, but there are two different words inthere … the one is "USERS" in english, but my real path is "UPORABNIKI" in my language … just stand by … I'll report later what can I  do …

For now, nothing to do … for now, I don't know what to do … same story … initial screen (see in Picture file) and than that gray screen reported … 

See other immage attached! If I fail to resolve this problem, is it possible also to buy and install product manually, without this application? How to install and update  products manually?
