Nick Cooper
Welcome to the forums. Could it have been a one off, perhaps a problem with your internet connection? I think you will need to attach a copy of your central.log please.
Libero29
Where can I find it? Is somewhere here?
Nick Cooper
Hello, you don't need to go looking for it. Please open it using Orbx Central and then when it is open, select Save as and attach a copy of what you saved.
Libero29
Can't open Orbx Central, it doesn't run up. Only the initial screen, Connecting… , and then appeares that immage without loading or initialising nothing more.
Nick Cooper
Apologies. The path to the file, which may not exist of course is C:\Users\your name\AppData\Roaming\Orbx\Central\central.log I suppose that you have already ruled out anti virus software? Libero29
Yes, of course, antivir and firewall are ruled out … but, I can see a mess now: the path is ok, but there are two different words inthere … the one is "USERS" in english, but my real path is "UPORABNIKI" in my language … just stand by … I'll report later what can I do …
Libero29
For now, nothing to do … for now, I don't know what to do … same story … initial screen (see in Picture file) and than that gray screen reported … See other immage attached! If I fail to resolve this problem, is it possible also to buy and install product manually, without this application? How to install and update products manually? Mitchell Williamson
Hi! This can be caused by a corrupt install. Can you please try the following: Uninstall Orbx Central from the 'Add or remove programs' feature in Windows Download and install Orbx Central
Libero29
I found the problem, yes! It was caused by a corrupt install. Now everything is ok and I bought and installed 5 new airports! Thank you!
