Please don't write in all capital letters.

Your problem seems to be with Orbx Central, so I will move the topic there.

Please attach a copy of the central.log file which you can open with Orbx Central

and use save as to make a copy.

Hi!

 

This is caused when Orbx Central is unable to make a secure connection to Google (our infrastructure provider).

 

Please try the following:

  • Make sure your system time is set correctly.
    • Right click your date/time in the bottom right (on Windows), then click on "Adjust date/time"
    •  Ensure 'Set the time automatically' and 'Set the time zone automatically' are checked
    •  Under 'Synchronize your clock', click 'Sync now'
    •  Restart Orbx Central and try to install the product again
  • If you have any third-party firewalls, proxies etc. that may interfere with connections to Google, try to white-list Orbx Central or disabling them.
  • If those two don't work, we have an option that allows you to disable the strict security requirements to connect to Google (see below)

The most common cause of this is some form of software on your computer that interferes with your network connection (such as a strict firewall or proxy server). The manifest files are served from our infrastructure provider Google, therefore anything that may be preventing a secure connection being made to Google can cause this error.

You can disable the strict network security requirements used by manifest downloading by performing the following:

  • Make sure Orbx Central is not running
  • Right-click on your Orbx Central shortcut and press ‘Properties’
  • In the ‘Target:’ box, add strict-ssl false

  • Press OK
  • Start Orbx Central by double-clicking on that shortcut

Note: You may need to press ‘Open File Location’ on the icon in order to find the actual shortcut.

I tried this things but now it says error: the installation couldn’t begin as central couldn’t read product data. Please try to install this product again.    Don’t know how to fix this

It would then appear that something is indeed interfering with your connection to Google.

 

If your iPad and computer are on the same network, then it suggests it may be software on your computer. Do you have any anti-virus, firewall or VPN software running?

I am facing the same problem and it seems it just don't go. Spent so many on Orbx products and now I cant get them. I even reconfigured my windows 10 and thought it would work. but naah.. its negative... and fix issues ?
