resolved Orbx Central not closing completely

Operating system:  Windows 10

Simulator:  Prepar3D V4.5

Issue:  When I open Orbx Central, then close it with the X on the program window, it stays in memory, and minimizes itself to the taskbar. It doesn't close down completely, or free all memory when closed from the program.
