pdvw
I had lights Configurator running perfectly on an i7 machine. I have upgraded to i9 with RTX 2080Ti and when I try to reinstall I receive "Error: There are no builds available for this product". All other Orbx products reinstalled and operate perfectly. The log file begins to install ftxglights, fetches the download details, identifies P3Dv4, sets install property to true, awaits the download details... then reports the error - Install failed when fetching download details and sets install proprerty to false. Any advice?
Nick Cooper
Hello, welcome to the forums. Are you trying to use Orbx Central or FTX Central?

Nick Cooper
Hello, the Lights Configurator is now installed with Global Base and accessed via the Configure tab on the Global Base page.
Dario
Same problem here. Lights are looking giant at P3D. I went to Orbx Central > Global range > Lights Configurator. Tried to verify files, got the " Error: There are no builds available for this product". Uninstalled it, now when I click on install I get the same message. Please help. Lights are looking incredibly horrible on P3D.
Nick Cooper
Hello, I did the same as you apparently did, went to the Lights Configurator tab and uninstalled it. However, this did not stop it working from the Configure tab on the Global Base page. If you feel you must reinstall it, you can do so with FTX Central It will then once again show as installed in Orbx Central. Note that you will then need to delete the Orbx ObjectFlow 2 folder from your Documents\Prepar3D v4 Add-ons folder.
Dario
Hi NicK! @Nick Cooper Your solution worked flawlessly. I didn't notice it was possible to configure the lights thorough this Global page in Orbx Central. Let me say that ORBX support does not cease to impress me for its speed and quality! As an ORBX loyal customer, let me thank you very very much indeed!!! Regards, Dario
