Hi,
Installation under Central 4.0.16 does not work !!! After 97% download, the installation will NOT continue! Also communication error.  After re-start the proces it says ready to instal, but nothing happens. Please HELP!

Instal problems Central 4.0.16.

To instal with Central: this link must be opened with an application. WHAT, Where !
After 97% downloading stop. Never reach 100%
After restart: ready to instal: nothing happens ! Only the "turning wheel".

problems occur after upgrade from central 3.xxxx to 4.0.16

Normally everything works fine ! But this time .... (5 programs to install. Failed)

If you encounter an issue when using Orbx Central, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Exit Orbx Central completely
    • Press Alt - F4 (Windows/Linux) or Cmd - Q (macOS)
    • Make sure the Central icon isn't in your system tray. If it is, right-click on it and press 'Quit'.
  • Start Orbx Central again
  • View the Orbx Central User Guide to find solutions to common problems.

Hi @Guus7,

 

The recurring error in your central.log file here indicates that some components are missing in your Orbx Central installation.

2019-10-08T09:57:57.712Z [INFO] [Central::IpcService] - Saturn closed with code -4058 - null

The update likely failed to ensure all components were in place upon completion. Can you try reinstalling Orbx Central and seeing if the issue persists?
